Box2D_v2.0.1.zip comes with a project file for VC++ 2008 that allows you to compile the required files, Box2D_v2.1.2.zip however doesn't come with any project files so the instructions on the wiki do not apply. Is the VC++ 2008 build available for download somewhere?
